The Project

The cottage at present is spread over two levels of 106 square meters per floor for a total of 212 square meters. The appurtenant land is about 7000 square meters. On the ground there is an annex of 72.00 square meters. The cottage will be sold, for those who wish, accompanied by a renovation project (under approval by the municipal authorities) developed by an architectural firm in the area, which provides a potential extension of about 100 square meters, the possibility renovation or demolition and reconstruction of the annexed building (at a maximum distance of 50 m from the main house) and construction of an underground pool (15,0m x 7,0m and depth 1,5m).
